A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable retainer fee. The retainer secures your wedding date and is deducted from the total package cost.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the wedding date.

Please note that dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved without payment. Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

All retainer fees are strictly non-refundable. Should the client cancel for any reason, payments already made will not be refunded.

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability. If the new date is unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the retainer forfeited.

Changes to the wedding location, start time, or event schedule that significantly affect the agreed service may attract additional charges.

For events outside Accra, the client is responsible for agreed travel expenses, accommodation (where necessary), and meals for the artist.

A travel fee of GH₵500 applies to all bookings outside Accra. For destinations requiring air travel, round-trip flight arrangements must be provided for the artist and, where applicable, an assistant.

All travel arrangements must be finalised prior to the event date.

To ensure a smooth experience, the client shall provide: a clean well-lit workspace, a table or suitable surface for makeup setup, adequate ventilation or air conditioning where possible, and access to a power source if required.

To minimise distractions, only essential persons should be present in the preparation area.

The client agrees to be ready at the scheduled start time. Delays caused by the client, bridal party, or other vendors may affect the service schedule and final results.

Where significant delays occur, additional waiting charges may apply.

F_G Makeovers reserves the right to photograph and share images or videos of completed makeup work for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

If the client prefers their images not to be used, this must be communicated in writing before the event date.

While every effort is made to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product quality, F_G Makeovers shall not be held liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities where such conditions have not been disclosed prior to service.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any allergies, sensitivities, or skin concerns during the consultation process.
